In 2005, long before video-on-demand was well known enough to demand its own acronym, Sky approached AllofUs to pioneer new ways of delivering content TV in an emerging multi-platform and highly connected world; drafting us in to envision TV services of the future, while implementing solutions in the here and now.
What more or less began as an experiment in 2005 rapidly went on to become one of the most important commercial projects within BSkyB today, with AllofUs leading the user-experience design of every single product iteration and platform interface along the way.
Eight releases and a BAFTA nomination later, Sky Player now lives happily on PC, iPhone, iPad, Xbox and a host of next-generation set-top boxes, making it one of our most important strategic and creative partnerships, and one of our proudest achievements, to date.
