At the Microsoft REMIX conference in the Brighton Centre on the 18th September we will unveil the Microsoft Interactive Canvas on which we have been working for the last few months. The public launch will be accompanied by a talk at 3pm detailing how the wall was made.
Designed to showcase the capabilities of WPF and Silverlight the canvas will capture the thoughts of visitors through messages, drawings and comments. These will all be displayed as part of a giant creative composition on a 5m x 2m video wall which other visitors can explore in more detail using proximity sensors.
At 3pm on the 18th September Mark Hauenstein - Head of R&D and Tim Diacon who is Senior Interactive Designer will be presenting how we built the interactive installation from brief through concepts and how we used Expression, visual Studio, WPF and Silverlight to deliver the end experience that everyone will enjoy at the remix event.
