‘Atmosphere: exploring climate science’ opens at the Science Museum

This week sees the highly anticipated ‘atmosphere’ exhibition launch at the Science Museum. This brand new exhibition, opened by Prince Charles himself no less, invites visitors to deepen their understanding of climate change and features a number of interactive exhibits created by AllofUs.

Our centrepiece interactive provides the backbone to the gallery experience by placing visitors at the very heart of the climate change story.  This multi-user experience, which you can take a look at on this BBC feature, takes visitors through a number of collaborative challenges all emphasising the complex inter-connectivity of the Earth’s delicate ecosystem. Ultimately every choice and decision made by visitors then impacts - in real time - on a dynamic, gallery-wide representation of the earth’s atmosphere and surface.  We’ll have more information about the project in an extended case study on the site soon - in the meantime Orlando is busy dusting down his best suit as he prepares to chew the fat with the future King of England. Oh how I’d love to be a fly on the wall for that one.
